Solid progress…….this would be a viable description of the real estate market in Door County, Wisconsin for 2013.

 

Following is a 2012 vs. 2013 comparison of median price and number of sales for the primary types of properties listed and sold in the MLS.

Over the next several months when sales activity is at its lowest, I will break down the above numbers by area: Door vs. Kewaunee counties and Northern Door vs. Southern Door for example.
